MyAutoBooks provides AI-powered accounting and bookkeeping automation services, including but not limited to transaction categorization, invoice processing, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting. Our services are designed to assist with, not replace, professional accounting advice.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with our systems

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days notice. Continued use of our services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Our services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by MyAutoBooks and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services. We will not sell your data to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyAutoBooks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

9. Disclaimer

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Our AI-powered features are designed to assist with bookkeeping tasks but should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional accounting advice.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
